Meet our President Lauren Shay! Lauren is a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in Philosophy and Law. She is originally from Chicago, and when she came to MSU she was looking for her home away from home. When Lauren first joined PSE in fall of 2015 she quickly learned that PSE was the second family she was looking for. She has held two executive board positions before President as Vice President of Public Relations and Vice President of Administration. When she has a little free time, she loves to shop, travel and hangout with friends.
Asher (AJ) Shanks is the new VP of Admin for Pi Sigma Epsilon Eta Beta Chapter. He is a sophomore currently studying human capital & society which is basically human resources. He is involved on campus in various aspects. He serves as an RA on campus, loves to watch horror movies, and watch America's next top model RELIGIOUSLY.
Vice President of Human Resources
Meet our VP of Human Resources, Jesse Jeppesen. She is a marketing major and is a junior here at MSU. Jesse joined PSE to make new friends and network with like-minded business students. She currently works as a market research team leader at the International Business Center. Jesse will be interning with Domino’s this upcoming summer in a Digital Marketing role. After graduation, she plans to continue her education at MSU in the Master’s of Market Research Program. She eventually hopes to become the Director of Marketing in the fashion, fitness or beauty industry. Outside of school, Jesse enjoys lifting weights, shopping, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family
Director of Member Retention
Meet our Director of General Member Retention, Blake Tazzia. She is a junior studying advertising and public relations at Michigan State University. Blake has been a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon since Fall of 2017. She joined because she wanted to gain leadership opportunities and increase her networking capabilities. Blake has interned for Quicken Loans and will be interning for Motorola Solutions this upcoming summer in Chicago, Illinois. In her free time, she loves to travel, shop, cook, and spend time with family and friends.
Vice President of Professional Development
Shang is a sophomore majoring in supply chain management with a minor in sales leadership. He is an international student from China and he has been involved with PSE since fall 2016. Apart from his involvement with PSE, he is also a marketing representative of a summer school program on campus. In his free time, he likes to watch movies and cook.
New Member Educator
The Vice President of New Member Training, Bradley Kain, has been a very active member during his time in PSE. He is enthusiastic about giving the new members the best opportunities possible, providing them professional development experiences and helping them building a network within the fraternity. He is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management and has had a previous internship with Ingersoll Rand and has an internship with Cisco coming up soon. Outside of school you can most likely find him working out at Power House or out spending time with friends.
Vice President of Marketing
Meet our VP of Marketing. Brittany Thomas is a junior majoring in Advertising Management with a minor in Public Relations. Brittany joined PSE in Fall 2015. She previous served on the executive board as the Director of Member Retention. Outside of PSE she is a member of Kappa Delta sorority, does research with the College of Communication Arts and Sciences, and works on the marketing team for VIM magazine. Previously, she interned with Amway in Grand Rapids, MI.This summer she will be interning at Motorola Solutions in Chicago, IL. In her free time she enjoys working out, traveling, and watching Netflix.
Vice President of Sales
Nicole Salerno is a Junior Supply Chain Management Major with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Nicole joined PSE in the Fall of 2016 as a Sophomore in need of guidance within the business world and seeking to make new connections with a well-rounded group of people. Apart from her involvement with Pi Sigma Epsilon, she has also interned for NuVue Foods Inc. and is also on the Michigan State Alpine Ski Team. After graduation, she hopes to continue to be involved in the food and beverage industry in Chicago, Illinois. Outside of school Nicole likes to be involved with the Michigan State Community, working out, and traveling.
Recruiting Promotions Director
Our Recruitment Promotions Director, Abby, is a sophomore pursuing a major in marketing with a minor in arts and cultural management. As a new member of Pi Sigma Epsilon in the Fall 2017, she was eager to become a part of the executive board and assist with the recruitment process. In her own words, "I joined Pi Sigma Epsilon in hopes of creating a network and in turn have received lifelong friendships and countless opportunities to grow professionally." During her free time, Abby enjoys playing guitar, piano, and singing. After college, she hopes to incorporate her interests into her career and work within the entertainment industry.
Director of Public Relations
Chase is our Director of Public relations, he joined PSE in Fall of 2017. Currently, he is the youngest member of our E-board as a freshman. Originally from Sterling Heights, MI, Chase says that MSU has always felt like home. Chase joined PSE to stay in the loop on activities within the Broad College of Business and meet like-minded students. Chase is pursuing a degree in Marketing and a double minor in Sales and Entrepreneurship. In his free time he enjoys speaking in the third person, and spelling words like Entrepreneurship on the first try.
Vice President of Finance
Meet our Vice President of Finance, Jacob Hylton. He is a Finance major and a Junior here at MSU. Jacob joined PSE in the Fall of 2016. He joined because of all the skills that are gained and improved during our meetings. He was also interested in the endless networking and leadership opportunities provided by PSE. Jacob will be interning at Contractors Steel Company as an Account Manager for the summer of 2018. An avid traveler, Jacob enjoys seeing new parts of the world, whether it is abroad or stateside. Graduating in May 2019, he is planning to work in the Metro-Detroit area.
